🍮 How to Make Palada Payasam

Ingredients:

• 1 cup Tasty Nibbles Rice Palada
• 4 cups milk
• ½–¾ cup sugar, according to taste
• 2–3 tbsp ghee
• 8–10 cashews
• 1 tbsp raisins
• 3–4 cardamom pods, powdered

Method:

1. Cook the Rice Palada according to the package instructions until soft. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat milk in a heavy-bottomed pan and bring it to a gentle boil.
3. Add the cooked palada and simmer on low-medium heat, stirring occasionally.
4. Add sugar and continue cooking until the milk thickens and the palada becomes tender.
5. Add powdered cardamom and mix well.
6. Fry cashews and raisins in ghee and add them to the payasam.
7. Mix well and serve warm or chilled.
